LangCommLive is a dedicated Telephone Interpreting Company which is entirely focused on providing its customers with an accessible high quality language communication service.
We recognised some time ago that unacceptable constraints were being put on executives, managers and employees by the impasse created by an inability to readily speak or understand another person’s language whilst using the phone. We saw this as being entirely detrimental to an accurate communication process - whatever the end objective.
As part of an established organisation used to providing translating and interpreting services, the Group quickly recognised the drawbacks that conventional interpreting can present to our many clients and resolved to form an easy, convenient and foolproof way to overcome such daunting difficulties.
To this end, valuable resources and an outstanding commitment have been centred on creating LangCommLive - a flexible, economic and user-friendly answer to overcome the problem.
Our telephone service is already assisting organisations and establishments, including the Police Force and Health Service Agencies as well as serving International business organisations from Banking, Legal and Financial groups through to major commercial, industrial and other business organisations.
